The benefits arena is busier than ever. While employers increasingly scrutinise their bottom line, the number of benefits they offer continues to grow. This does not always mean benefit costs are increasing as many of the newer benefits come at low or zero cost. It is the aim of Employee Rewards & Benefits to keep those in the benefits arena fully up to date on the numerous changes, trends and innovations taking place and to give all HR professionals who read it a business edge. Employee Rewards & Benefits is a resource that provides clear and concise analysis on finding the right benefits package. To meet this aim the magazine takes input from all parties within the benefits market. Firstly there is content written by its journalist team on news stories and indepth features on topics causing the most concern to employers.
Secondly there is input from employers, which allows them to speak out on their own experiences of rewards and benefits or to write about their jobs and lives. Thirdly we are publishing "thought leadership" articles from consultants and providers to give air to their opinions and theories on benefit practice. One of the key areas for such input will also come through our provider forum pages where consultants and providers can debate the latest issues facing flex, pensions, healthcare, company cars, voluntary benefits, share schemes and other topics of interest.
